Clean the strawberries and cut them into very thin slices. Grate a small amount of zest from one lime.
Squeeze the limes and lemons. Boil the citrus juice with sugar and green pepper to 1/3. Cool slightly, and gradually fold in the butter.
Arrange the strawberry slices and Parma ham on plates, drizzle with the citrus butter. Sprinkle with coarsely shaved Parmesan and black pepper.
Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
