Strawberry Bowl with Lemongrass

Rinse limes under hot water, rub dry. Finely grate 1 tsp. zest, squeeze 1 lime, slice the other.

Place cloves, cinnamon, sugar, star anise, coriander, vanilla pulp, lemongrass, lime zest and juice in a large saucepan. Remove the peel from the ginger, cut it off and add it.

Pour on wine and 750 ml water. Gently simmer everything for about 5 minutes. Cool down the spiced wine and put it in a cool place.

Rinse strawberries, clean and cut into fine slices. Pour the spiced wine through a sieve, add the strawberry and lime slices. Serve the punch with mint sprigs on crushed ice.
