Coarsely crush a handful of walnuts, finely grind the rest. Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one by one, stirring constantly.
Gradually fold in the ground and crushed walnuts and finally the cocoa powder.
Grease a cake springform pan (28 cm ø) with butter and cover the bottom with a little bit of breadcrumbs. Then pour the dough into the pan and spread smoothly.bake in the heated oven on the middle shelf at about
175 degrees for about 75 minutes.
Cool the walnut cake and then spread with melted cooking chocolate.
