For the Christmas rolls, prepare the cream dough. Roll the dough 2 mm thick on foam roll molds (available in stores). Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cover the Christmas rolls with chocolate icing. If desired, dip ends in coconut flakes.

Let cool and fill with Parisian cream.
