For the ham doughnuts, prepare a dough with a little milk and let it rise. Roll out the dough and cut out as for carnival doughnuts.

Put the sliced ham in the middle of the dough slices and cover with a 2nd dough slice. Stick well to the edge and let rise in a warm place. Then bake in hot lard until golden brown.
