For the coleslaw, finely chop the cabbage, dice the onion, grate the carrots and apple.

Mix sour cream, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until creamy, add a little sugar if necessary.

If the sauce is too thick, thin it with milk or water.

Mix everything together and leave the coleslaw in the refrigerator to infuse well (at least 2 hours).
