Preheat kitchen stove to 180 degrees. Wrap the beetroot in aluminum foil, place in the kitchen stove approx.
Makes 6 servings as entrée, 4 as main course ( then possibly lamb chops in addition ).
Looks great and by cooking in the dish ( or grilling as well- to do this cut small tubers in half, oil and grill in about 10 min over moderate temp – ) the beetroot just tastes better, it doesn’t bleed out.
