For the vanilla crescents, quickly knead all ingredients into a dough. Shape the finished dough into a ball, place on a plate and cover with plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
(I always put the dough in the fridge overnight as it is easier to work with). You can handle as you like, but one hour at least.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Shape into croissants.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 5-7 minutes. Depending on the oven, the baking time of the vanilla crescents varies. Good luck!
