For the recipe warm chocolate cake with liquid center, first preheat the oven to 185 °C convection oven. Grease 4 small cake pans (alternatively small espresso cups) and sprinkle with sugar.
Now roughly chop the dark chocolate and melt it with butter in a water bath.
Beat the egg with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir in the flour and then fold the liquid chocolate into the butter mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared molds and press a coarse piece of milk chocolate into the center of each (the soft center).
Bake the whole thing for about 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of the mold). Then carefully turn out the warm chocolate cake with liquid center and serve with vanilla ice cream, fruit and mint.
