For the Florentine style shrimp pasta with caramelized garlic, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix well the peeled garlic cloves with oil and salt and bake spread out on a baking sheet until golden brown. About 20-25 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the pasta until al dente. In a large coated skillet, sauté the shrimp in the hot butter. Add the cream, soup and cheese, bring to the boil briefly and stir well until the Parmesan has melted.
Add the defrosted spinach and cook briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili if desired. Add the pasta and garlic and mix well.
