Vegetable Mince in Pork Net

Minced meat:


1. brown long grain rice in sunflower oil or other vegetable oil. Extinguish with strained tomatoes and 250 ml water. Add ajvar. Bring to a boil and then simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Rinse the peppers, remove seeds, cut into cubes (1 x 1 cm) and add to the long-grain rice form.

Rinse and clean the zucchini, cut into cubes. Remove the peel from the garlic and onions, chop finely. Cut feta cheese into cubes.

Season minced meat with paprika, pepper, salt and chili powder. Mix with the other ingredients. Add slightly cooled long grain rice. Mix well.

5. briefly soak the pork nets, dry them and lay them out. Cut into 10 x 15 cm rectangles. Top with stuffing, roll into sausages and fold ends over.

Fry in sunflower oil or other vegetable oil.

Tip: Zucchini is a type of squash, so it’s low in calories, high in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
