For the wild garlic spaetzle, mix together flour, salt, eggs and finely chopped wild garlic. Bring a pot of water to a boil and use a spaetzle strainer to strain the wild garlic spaetzle.
Bring spaetzle to a boil. Strain and rinse with water. Finely chop onion and fry in oil. Add finely chopped bacon and fry.
Add Rama Cremefine, salt, pepper and chives. Spread bear’s garlic spaetzle on plates and pour sauce over them.
