For the zucchini chips, wash the zucchini and cut into finger-thick slices. Sprinkle with water and cover with flour-sesame mixture. In a saucepan, heat oil to finger-thickness and deep-fry zucchini slices until golden brown.

Degrease slightly on kitchen paper, salt and let cool.
