Baked Cod with Parma Ham

1. preheat stove to 200 degrees, spread tray with aluminum foil.

2. brush cod fillets with butter and wrap in 1-2 slices of prosciutto, but the fillet ends should remain uncovered and peeking out. If the prosciutto slices are very narrow, simply use several. Brush the whole thing with butter again and place the fish parcels on the baking tray.

Meanwhile, bake the fish parcels until the ends are firm and white, about 20 minutes. Carefully remove from the baking tray and, if desired, serve on a bed of lentils (see recipe French lentils with garlic and thyme), otherwise just enjoy on their own.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give a wonderful touch to your dish!
