For the plaice on paprika-garlic vegetables, peel and dice the potatoes and boil them in soup. Finally, add the peas to the boil. Puree with a blender and season with salt and pepper.

Wash and clean the peppers and cut them into strips. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat oil in a pan, add peppers and garlic and fry a little.

Add water (e.g. a little of the potatoes) and stew the peppers until soft. Season the plaice (or use ready-seasoned) and sauté for 5 minutes. Serve together and enjoy.
