For Tyrolean wine noodles cook a mulled wine from the given ingredients.
For the pasta, lightly salt the milk and bring to a boil, then add the butter and sugar. Sift in the semolina, bring to a thick boil while stirring continuously and let it infuse a bit, mix with an egg.
Put the mixture on a board and form a roll. Cut small pieces from the roll and arrange them into finger-thick noodles.
Mix the eggs. Pull the noodles through the egg, then roll them in the breadcrumbs. Bake the Tyrolean wine noodles in hot lard until golden brown.
