Cut hand-sized cutlets from the turkey breast. Cut the cheese into approx. 5x1x1 cm pieces and wrap with the black forest ham. Place 2 pieces of ham and cheese on one half of the cutlet, fold and fix with toothpicks. Add olive oil to a frying pan and brown the stuffed schnitzels. When the cutlets are nicely browned, fry the onion briefly and pour in the soup. Bring everything to a boil and add the garlic. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Finished!
