For the carp in foil, drizzle the carp fillets on both sides with lemon and season with salt and pepper. Prepare two larger pieces of aluminum foil and place the carp on them, skin side down.

Scatter the garlic leaves, diced peppers and onions cut into rings over the fillets.

Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil and season lightly again with salt and pepper if necessary (over the vegetables).

Now close the aluminum foil like a small parcel and seal very well. Prick the top 2-3 times with a fork so that steam can escape.

Steam in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees.

I recommend boiled potatoes with it.
