Make at least 4 hours, preferably a day in advance.

Peel the peel of the orange thinly, so that nothing white comes with it. Chop the orange peel into small pieces. Chop the white of the orange into small pieces and discard. Cut the orange into chunks, perhaps removing the seeds.

Put the cranberries with the zest and orange pieces and the sugar in a hand mixer form and grind. Pour the relish into a bowl and cover to cool.
