For the gratinated ham fritters, cook the fritters or ribbon noodles in salted water until al dente, strain and drain in a colander.

Cut the toast ham into strips and fry briefly in a little oil together with the pressed garlic. Remove from heat, season with oregano and mix with the Fleckerln or pasta.

Pour the pasta-ham mixture into a greased baking dish. Mix flour, grated parmesan and salt in the milk and pour over the casserole.

Roughly grate mountain cheese and sheep’s cheese and sprinkle over the casserole. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf at 200°C for about 20 minutes.

Then serve the gratinated ham fritters either in the form or arrange in portions.
