A more wonderful asparagus recipe:

Rinse asparagus spears, peel, cut into 9 cm evenly long pieces. Bring water, fondor, a tiny bit of sugar and butter to a boil. Add asparagus spears, bring to boil and cook for about 20 minutes, remove and drain.

Heat asparagus water, add Maggi Meisterklasse Preparation for Sauce Bearnaise with whisk and let it bubble up. Gradually add butter.

Drain and chop the mushrooms and add to the sauce.

Toast white bread and spread with goose liver, top with asparagus spears and cover with sauce.
