Preparation tortilla patties: Mix all ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 15 minutes. Then knead the dough again, divide into 4 equal pieces and roll out into thin patties (approx. 22 cm Ø). Then bake them one by one in a hot pan without fat for about 1 minute on each side. If the dough puffs up too much in the process, simply press it back down. Mix the rest of the cream cheese with the corn, diced peppers and onions, mayonnaise and tuna.
