Instructions:

Sauté the onion in hot olive oil. Add the diced chicken and sauté briefly.

Stir in the pineapple cubes together with the juice from the can. Add a little water and season with salt and curry powder. Add the rice, stir once, cover and let it steam for about 15 minutes.

The curry chicken pan is ready when the rice is soft and has absorbed all the liquid.
