Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the stone and cut into strips. Mix lime juice and honey and marinate the mango strips in it. Wash radicchio, drain thoroughly and cut into strips.chicken breast fillet rinse in cold water, pat dry and cut into strips. Fry all around in hot oil and season with salt and red bell pepper flakes (substitute sambal oelek).Spread tortilla patties with brunch. Spread chicken breast strips, mango, radicchio and cashews on top. Chop cilantro and sprinkle on top. Roll up tortilla patties tightly, cut in half diagonally with a sharp knife if necessary, and serve immediately.
