For the rice casserole, cut the leeks into fine rings. Finely chop the chives and parsley, peel and squeeze the garlic.

Fry everything together in oil. Mix the rice and the roasted ingredients and add the corn.

Pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper. Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper and pour over the casserole.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Arrange the rice casserole and serve.
