Boil the remaining milk with the vanilla bean and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and sugar with the drained milk until smooth, stir into the boiling milk, let it boil one more time. Remove the flummery from the stove and let it cool slightly.
Rinse out the cooled gugelhupfform. Remove the vanilla pod from the Flammeri, fold in the yogurt. Pour the flummery into the mold and let it set.
Mash strawberries with water and honey.
Turn flammeri out onto a plate, spread strawberry puree evenly all around.
