Tortellini in Cheese Whipped Cream Sauce

Instructions:

Prepare tortellini according to package instructions (al dente).

Peel and finely chop onions and garlic and sauté in oil. Add whipping cream and bring to a boil.

Add finely chopped basil and parsley to the sauce and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Season to taste with nutmeg, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Add the tortellini to the sauce and mix in half of the Parmesan.

Put the other half on the table for sprinkling and serve the tortellini.
