Try this delicious pasta dish:
Prepare tortellini according to instructions (al dente). Chop onions and garlic and sauté in oil. Add whipping cream and let it bubble up. Add finely chopped basil and parsley to the sauce. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Season to taste with nutmeg, salt and freshly ground pepper. Form tortellini in the sauce and fold in half of the Parmesan. The other half for sprinkling at the table.
Suggested side dishes: tomato salad with basil and mozzarella, white bread.
