For the tortellini in dill sauce, cook the tortellini in salted water until al dente, strain and toss in butter.
Peel and chop the garlic and fry in oil. Add cream cheese, whipping cream and vegetable soup and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Wash and pluck dill and stir in. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg powder. Fold in tortellini and heat through.
Serve the tortellini in dill sauce sprinkled with fresh dill.
