Dice the pollack, cut the potatoes into fine slices, cut the tomatoes (peel off the skin at the beginning) and onions into eighths and cut the peppers into thin strips. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Cook at 200 C° (hot air) or 220 C° (conventional) for about 45 minutes.
