For 3 glasses of 200 ml:


For the apple-ginger jelly, peel, core and chop the apples. Peel and finely grate the ginger.Cook the apples with water until soft, stirring constantly.Then add the remaining ingredients, mix and puree with a hand blender in a saucepan.

Simmer gently for about 5 to 8 minutes and stir.Pour the apple-ginger jelly into clean jars, seal immediately and let cool.

Store in a cool and dark place.
