Cut the cleaned porcini mushrooms into small pieces and blanch them in hot water for about 2 minutes. Then boil white wine vinegar and 100 ml water with sugar, salt and spices. Boil the strained mushrooms for about 5 minutes, put them in a cool place and let them infuse for two days.
