First, stir butter until fluffy and gradually stir in egg, yolk and salt. Moisten breadcrumbs with milk and stir into yolk mixture.

Cover and let stand for 1/4 hour. In a saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Form dumplings and boil down. Cook for about 12 minutes.

Before serving, add the dumplings to the soup and serve.
