Try this delicious cake recipe:

Rinse ramekins (capacity in about 0, 15 l) or a saddle of venison mold with cold water and spread the saddle of venison mold with foil. Mix apple puree with vanilla sugar, juice of one lemon and cream. Soak gelatine in cold water. Whip the cream until stiff and set aside to cool. Heat approx. 2 tbsp. of the apple mixture over steam, let the well squeezed gelatine melt in it. Quickly mix in the rest of the mixture and fold in the whipped cream. Fill the mixture into the ramekins, cover with foil and leave to cool for 4 hours. Remove the foil, dip the ramekins briefly in hot water and turn the tartlets out onto plates. Garnish the dessert with chocolate sauce, roasted apple slices (see recipe) and mint.

Roasted apple slices: remove peel from 2-4 apples, cut in half and core. Cut halves into 4 wedges each and drizzle with juice of one lemon. Heat 1-2 tbsp butter until foaming. Sprinkle 1-2 tsp granulated sugar, roast apple slices in it on low heat on both sides.

Wish everyone a good success and bon appétit!
