For the tagliatelle with shrimp in cream sauce, first cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente.

In the meantime, sauté the garlic in a pan with a little oil until translucent, add the tomatoes and 3-4 tablespoons of pasta water and simmer until the tomatoes are cooked (this will take about 2 minutes).

Add the shrimp and sauté briefly on both sides. Stir the whipping cream with the flour until smooth and add to the pan along with the pink berries.

Simmer over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring well, and finally season with salt and pepper.

Drain the tagliatelle, add to the shrimp with cream sauce, mix everything briefly, arrange on plates and serve immediately.
