Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Sauté until translucent. Add the mushrooms and ham and sauté for another 5 minutes. Mix in the whipped cream, season with salt, season with pepper and heat through for 5 min. Make the tagliatelle* in enough salted water “al dente” and drain well. Mix with the cream sauce and transfer to a warmed serving bowl.
