Try this delicious cake recipe:
Cut a few strips small from the narrow side of the dough for decorating. Cut the dough in half lengthwise. Place one half on a tray lined with parchment paper and cover with ham slices, leaving a 2cm border.
Mix the veal sausage meat with the sliced and steamed mushrooms and the finely chopped parsley and spread evenly over the ham. Place the remaining ham slices on top of the sausage meat. Brush edges with egg and cover everything together with the second half of the dough.
Press the edges well, cover, brush with egg and bake in a heated oven at 210 degrees for about half an hour.
