The strudel spicy is a quick and easy dish.
For the strudel, fry the onion and minced meat well in oil and season, then add the vegetables and let them steep briefly. Bind with crème fraîche and leave to cool.
Roll out the puff pastry, cover half of it with the filling, brush the ends with egg white and then roll it up.
Place the studel on a baking tray covered with baking paper and brush with yolk.
Bake at 200° for about 20 minutes.
