For the meat strudel, finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with a little oil. Add the mince and fry until it is cooked through. Season with spices for minced meat and salt.
Roll out the strudel dough and cover 2/3 with the minced meat, preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll the strudel and brush with egg yolk. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the meat strudel is golden brown.
