Instructions:

For the banana slices, first prepare the sponge cake.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with the sugar until smooth. Whip the egg whites to egg whites and mix carefully alternating with the flour.

Grease the baking tray and dust with flour, spread the dough evenly (height about 2 cm) on it. Bake in the oven heated to 200 °C for about 10 minutes.

For the topping, cook the pudding according to the package instructions and cool. Cream the butter and fold in the pudding by the spoonful. Add rum and powdered sugar to taste.

Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap. Cut the sponge cake into 3 pieces, according to the loaf pan. Spread a layer of sponge on the cake tin and spread with chocolate liqueur.

Cut the bananas in half lengthwise and diagonally. Spread the pieces evenly on the sponge cake, cover with part of the custard. Repeat this process and finish with a babe sponge cake and sprinkle with cocoa.
