For the grenadier march, boil the potatoes and pasta (or use leftovers from the day before).

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices or cubes. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with 1 tbsp of oil, halve the Braunschweiger and cut it into thin slices, add it and fry it with it.

Finally, fry the potatoes, then add the pasta and fry again vigorously.

Season the grenadier march with salt and pepper and serve.
