Instructions:

Rinse the lemon warm and rub dry. Grate the sugar cubes well on the peel and place in a large bowl form. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice over it. Cut the strawberries in half or quarters according to size and add.

For the non-alcoholic version, pour Sanbitter and mineral water over them.

For the alcoholic version, sprinkle the berries with sugar, then pour Campari and white wine over them.

Mix carefully. Pour in elderflower umbels, lemon balm or mint sprigs and cover the bowl. Put in the refrigerator for twenty minutes.

Just before serving, stir once more and add (non-alcoholic) sparkling wine. If you like, dilute with mineral water (makes the punch less sweet without alcohol and reduces the alcohol content in the other punch).
