Beat the butter and sugar until thick and creamy. Add the water and then add the egg yolks. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. At the very end, carefully fold in the egg whites, beaten to egg whites. Bake in a marble pan for about an hour. Cover with chocolate icing and decorate with pistachios or almond kernels.
