Instructions:

For the meat loaf sandwich, first chop the onion into small cubes. Soak the bread in water until soft. Squeeze the soaked bread well.

Knead the onion, minced meat, eggs, bread, parsley, salt and pepper by hand. Form loaves, roll the loaves in breadcrumbs and deep-fry in hot fat until golden brown on both sides.

Drain the meat loaves on a paper towel.

Cut the sandwich open, put a lettuce leaf, 1 meat loaf, ketchup and mustard on each bottom part.

Wrap the meat loaf sandwich or enjoy it right away.
