For the meatballs, knead everything together, portion with a quarter cup measure (60 ml) and form dumplings. For the tomato sauce, sauté onions and garlic in oil, add tomato paste and sauté for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and basil, bring to a boil, add dumplings and cook for 20 minutes. Season with s+p, cayenne, remove basil. In the meantime, boil 15 liters of water, make spaghetti al dente, drain. Stir through with a little oil.
