For the Striezel, heat the milk and dissolve the yeast in it. Knead with flour, sugar and salt with the dough hook to a dough.
Knead in melted butter by hand, add yolks. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes. Grease and flour the loaf pan.
Knead the dough well and pour into the loaf pan. Let rise for another 15 minutes.
Bake the Striezel in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 150 degrees and finish baking.
