Instructions:

For the sugar bows, beat the yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy and carefully stir in the flour. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the yolk mixture.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with raisins and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Cut the still warm mixture into equal strips (approx. 2 x 8 cm) and let them cool over a small rolling pin.

Use the sugar bows as decoration or just enjoy them as they are.
