For the meatballs, first put minced meat in a suitable bowl, season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg and add it.
Peel and chop the onion. Peel and crush the garlic clove and add both to the meat. Rinse and dry the kitchen herbs, chop them and add them to the bowl. Moisten the toast with oil and add to the meat.
Then knead everything together well with your hands and make a smooth meat dough. Form small balls from the meat mixture, put them in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and let them rest.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs, turning frequently.
Arrange the meatballs and serve.
