Instructions:

For the Turkish rice with lamb balls, first prepare the rice. Heat the oil and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the cumin, cinnamon and coriander and the zucchini cubes and fry briefly. Add the rice and fry everything together.

Then pour the broth and simmer everything on low heat, covered, for 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt. To serve, garnish with fresh, plucked cilantro leaves.

For the lamb meatballs, sauté the onion until translucent and mix with the allspice, cumin, garlic, breadcrumbs and egg to the lamb mince. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Form walnut-sized balls from the mixture. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the meatballs in it over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Serve the rice together with the lamb meatballs. Garnish the Turkish rice with lamb meatballs with tomato wedges.
