Preparation 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2 Remove the puff pastry from the package, roll it out on a baking sheet with the parchment paper.
3 Carefully spread the pesto on the pastry, perhaps halve the olives and spread them evenly on the pesto.
4 Cut the anchovy fillets into small pieces and spread evenly as well.
5 Sprinkle the pine nuts last and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6 Cool slightly, cut into bites and bring to the table.
